I added the smooth cam to about 30 clips in the timeline and decided I didn't want to wait 30 hours for it to do it's job. Is there an easy way to remove smooth cam or a filter from all the clips without having to delete it from each clip?

Yes. Highlight all the clips, right click on one, from the pop-up menu, chose Remove Attributes, check Filters. It'll remove all filters from those clips, assuming it's the only filter on those clips.

Smooth cam will analyze the whole Master Clip, so that once it's analyzed, you can make changes with no re-analyzing or re-rendering. And the analysis goes on in the background, you can continue to edit.

What I'd do is, make a copy of the Master Clip in the Browser, apply the Smooth Cam filter to it, let it run however long. Then edit in footage from that Master clip, "if" all of your clips come from the same Master capture clip. This is one reason to do a Capture Now to get a whole tape at once, then use DV Start/Stop Detect to break it up into sub clips.

But yeah, 30 clips, wow, that is a lot to put smooth cam on at one time.

Cool - I think I was looking for "Smooth Cam" in the Remove Attributes and it never clicked that it was a Motion Item. It's what you get when you are up late and no sleep.

They were all smaller clips 1-2 mins each.

Not a Motion property, it's a Filter.
