I hope this doesn't seem like a dumb question, but is this familiar to anyone? I have purchased the Flip 4 Mac upgrade and Quicktime Pro in order to have the option to export movies in WMV format. I have entered the serial keys (correctly) and I am still unable to select option to export in/for WMV. In case it matters, I am using either FCE or iMovie '08 and my operating system is Leopard.

Thanks, Susan

Well I uninstalled then reinstalled but did not have to reenter my S/N. I think I rebooted computer and then ran the disc utility.
"There's supposed to be (I am told) an uninstall utility in the Flip4Mac folder. Run it, the reboot your Mac, then reinstall it, and after you put your S/N in, run Disk Utility and Repair Permissions on your system drive. Seems that Telestream is having some glitches with installs on Leopard Intel Macs. See if that'll take care of it."

Actually, I did as you wrote with the only difference being that I did not have to reenter my S/N. Thanks again!
